Returns & Refund Policy

🕒 Return Window

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

📦 Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

⚠️ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may only offer a partial refund in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged due to reasons not caused by us.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

💳 Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

🕵️♀️ Missing Refund?

  • First, re-check your bank account.

  • Then, contact your credit card provider – refunds may take time to post.

  • If still missing, reach out to us at info@drawnis.com.

🛍️ Sale or Custom-Made Items

Unfortunately, sale items and custom-made pieces (based on your child’s drawing) cannot be refunded – they’re uniquely made just for you.

If you're unhappy with the final result:
Send an email to info@drawnis.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • The original drawing

If the quality is not as promised, we’ll remake and resend it at no cost to you.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll also resend it for free.

🎁 Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and excluded from exchange.

🔁 Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once we receive the return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, return shipping will be deducted from the total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over €75.
We are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
